I’m a Certified Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health advocate, dedicated to supporting women navigate their Time Of Month [T.O.M] by providing intuition lead wellness and lifestyle tools.
Having suffered from Hypothalamic Amenorrhea myself for over 6 years, I know first-hand the effects stress can have on the body, so it is my mission to help women slow down and create space to heal in the realm of body image, exercise, control and food freedom.
