I created this blog as a safe space to empower you with the tools to slow down and reconnect with your body, soul and your divine feminine energy! I hope that by sharing my journey, and the experiences that have worked for me, I can help guide you towards your happiest, healthiest and most radiant self!
Having always lived with a scarcity mindset, believing there was never enough time in the day to get things done, and always striving towards goals that started with ‘When I…’
‘When I reach this ideal weight I’ll be happy’
‘When I can run XX amount of miles or squat XX amount of kg I’ll be happy’
‘When I can eat a perfect diet of only ‘clean & healthy’ foods I’ll be happy’
Somewhere along the way I lost connection with myself and what truly mattered. I turned to excessive high intensity & cardio to burn away the anxiety and issues I had with my body image and to obsessive healthy eating as I truly thought this would be the only thing that would make me feel clean and pure on the inside.
I was always looking for external circumstances to bring me happiness, and surprise, surprise, I never felt the joy I expected to when I reached these ‘goals’, which only amplified any negative feelings of self-worth.
To add to this, after coming off birth control in 2014, I never regained my period. Having been mis-diagnosed with PCOS after 6 years of Amenorrhea, I know first-hand the frustration and overwhelm of not understanding what’s going on in your body, and the difficulty in finding the right path to take towards healing.
I have experienced my own share of hormonal imbalances, cystic acne, body rashes, mood swings, anxiety & insomnia that was only fuelled more by my continuous restriction of food and intensity of exercise. I never believed I was good enough, and if I could only shrink my body a little more and do things in a ‘perfectly’ healthy way then I would be happy.

Your self-worth is not tied or related to your body image, food choices, or how much you exercise.
This left me feeling at an all-time low. It wasn’t until I decided to take matters into my own hand and truly dig deep into what was really going on into my body that I discovered I had Hypothalamic Amenorrhea.
Through my own personal journey, learning to slow down and reconnect to my body and my intuition, it has allowed me to break free from calorie counting, orthorexia, exercise addiction, body dissatisfaction, scarcity mindset and living a high-stress lifestyle. The last two years I’ve made it my mission to take a step back and tune in to what my body actually needs, rather than what my mind thinks it needs.
You know within you what you need to heal, and no one knows your body better than you!
I have explored countless avenues of holistic health and wellbeing to try and regain balance in my body and bring back my Time Of Month. I have now fully recovered my period and gained a truly deep understanding of my female cycle, which fuels me to spread my knowledge with all women that are also looking to harness their feminine power and to reconnect to their bodies.
By healing your relationship with food, exercise, and stress, you can begin to make room for more lightness and joy in your life, focus on what truly matters on a soul level and live each day intuitively.
